What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?

When I think about living a very long life, I don’t think about age as much as impact. Time alone doesn’t make a life meaningful how you grow, adapt, and contribute does. A long life requires flexibility, the willingness to evolve, and the discipline to take care of your mental, emotional, and physical health along the way.

For me, longevity is about purpose and stewardship. If I’m given more time, I want to use it intentionally and to learn, to serve, to heal, and to leave something better than I found it. A long life isn’t about staying the same; it’s about allowing yourself to change, pivot, and remain aligned with who you’re becoming.
