Day 29: I Am Thankful for Another Day to Grow, Love, and Learn
There was a time when mornings felt like a battle. I’d wake up already stressed, grabbing my phone before my feet even hit the floor. The notifications, the emails, the to-do list—it was all waiting for me, and before I even had a moment to breathe, my mind was already racing.
Then I made a small but powerful change: I stopped checking my phone first thing in the morning.
Instead, I gave myself a moment. I took a deep breath and simply said, “Thank you for this new day.”
I started asking myself:
☀️ What’s one thing I’m excited about today?
❤️ What’s one way I can show love today?
📚 What’s one lesson I can open my heart to today?
This tiny shift rewired my mornings. Instead of being pulled into chaos, I was grounding myself in gratitude. And when you start the day with gratitude, it sets the tone for everything that follows.
