How It Works (Quick & Clear)
1️⃣ Check-In (Mental Triage)
You’ll be gently asked:
Where are you mentally right now? What does your body feel like? What do you need most in this moment?
You’re placed on a Mental Readiness Level—not a label, just a starting point.
2️⃣ Choose Your Support Path
Based on your level, you may experience:
Guided grounding or breathing Emotional release techniques Mindset resets Light physical movement paired with mental focus Quiet regulation or reflection time
3️⃣ Leave Stronger Than You Arrived
You’ll leave with:
A calmer nervous system Clear next steps A simple tool you can reuse anytime Optional referrals or resources if needed
