TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MedXpressionz LLC website, mobile application, classes, programs, appointments, communications, and related services. By accessing our website or app, registering for a class, scheduling a service, submitting a form, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. ABOUT MEDXPRESSIONZ LLC

MedXpressionz LLC provides healthcare education, professional training, career development, mobile and community-based services, and other professional support services.

Services may include:

• CPR, BLS, AED, and First Aid training
• CPR and BLS instructor development
• Phlebotomy education and mobile phlebotomy services
• Drug-testing collector training
• Career coaching and professional development
• Résumé and interview preparation
• Notary and document-support services
• Life insurance information and quote requests
• Mental wellness education and community resources
• Business consulting and workforce-development services

Available services, prices, eligibility requirements, schedules, and locations may change.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to independently use our services, enter into an agreement, or make a purchase. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent when services are offered to a minor.

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information when registering, scheduling, submitting an inquiry, or making a payment.

  1. REGISTRATION AND APPOINTMENTS

Registration or submission of a service request does not guarantee enrollment, certification, employment, insurance coverage, placement, appointment availability, or completion of a requested service.

Some services may require identification, completed forms, prerequisite credentials, medical orders, consent forms, payment, or other supporting documentation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all instructions and arriving on time with the required materials. Late arrival may result in rescheduling, removal from a class, or the inability to complete a service.

  1. PAYMENTS

Prices and payment requirements will be disclosed before registration or purchase. Payment may be required in full or according to an approved payment arrangement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and authorized. MedXpressionz LLC may use third-party payment processors to complete transactions. We do not control the separate terms, privacy practices, or security procedures of those providers.

Unpaid balances may prevent participation, completion, certificate issuance, or access to additional services.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

Cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, and refund requirements may vary by service or program. Any service-specific policy presented during registration, booking, invoicing, or checkout becomes part of these Terms.

Payments may be nonrefundable after materials have been ordered, digital products have been accessed, administrative work has started, a class seat has been reserved, or a cancellation deadline has passed.

If MedXpressionz LLC cancels or reschedules a service, customers may be offered a replacement date, account credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Failure to attend a scheduled class or appointment without proper notice may result in forfeiture of payments or additional rescheduling fees.

  1. TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

Participation in a course does not automatically guarantee successful completion, certification, licensure, employment, contract opportunities, or acceptance by an employer or regulatory authority.

Students must satisfy all applicable attendance, participation, skills-demonstration, examination, payment, and documentation requirements.

Certifications may be issued by MedXpressionz LLC or an independent certifying organization. When another organization issues or regulates a certification, its requirements and policies also apply.

Students are responsible for determining whether a course or certification meets the requirements of their employer, licensing board, school, or other organization.

  1. HEALTHCARE AND MOBILE SERVICES

Information provided through the MedXpressionz website, app, classes, messages, or educational materials is for general educational and service-coordination purposes. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or care from a licensed healthcare provider.

Mobile phlebotomy and related services may require a valid laboratory order or other appropriate authorization. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and following preparation instructions.

MedXpressionz LLC does not guarantee laboratory processing times, test results, insurance reimbursement, or the performance of independent laboratories or healthcare providers.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service immediately.

  1. CAREER AND BUSINESS SERVICES

Career coaching, résumé assistance, interview preparation, consulting, and professional-development services are intended to provide education, guidance, and support.

MedXpressionz LLC does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, income, contracts, business success, licensing approval, funding, or any particular result.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing applications, résumés, business documents, and other materials before submitting or using them.

  1. LIFE INSURANCE INFORMATION

Insurance information provided through MedXpressionz LLC is for general informational purposes. Insurance availability, eligibility, premiums, coverage, exclusions, and approval are determined by the applicable insurance carrier.

Requesting a quote does not create an insurance policy or guarantee coverage. Coverage is not effective unless and until it is approved and issued by the insurance carrier and all required payments and conditions are satisfied.

  1. NOTARY AND DOCUMENT-SUPPORT SERVICES

A notary verifies identity and witnesses or acknowledges signatures as permitted by law. Notary and document-support services do not constitute legal advice.

Customers are responsible for bringing acceptable identification, complete documents, and all required signers or witnesses. MedXpressionz LLC may refuse a notarization when legal requirements are not satisfied or when fraud, coercion, incapacity, or another concern is suspected.

  1. SMS TEXT-MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your mobile telephone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you authorize MedXpressionz LLC to send SMS messages to the number provided.

Messages may include:

• Appointment and class confirmations
• Reminders and scheduling updates
• Registration and payment notifications
• Service-request follow-ups
• Customer-support responses
• Program and event announcements
• Promotional offers when separate marketing consent has been provided

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and notifying MedXpressionz LLC if your number changes.

  1. EMAIL AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS

Marketing communications will be sent according to the consent you provide. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions included in the message.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person

The MedXpressionz name, logo, course materials, handouts, forms, graphics, videos, digital products, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to MedXpressionz LLC.

Purchasing or accessing materials gives you a limited right to use them for your personal or authorized professional use. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, upload, or create derivative products from these materials without written permission.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website or app may contain links to payment processors, booking platforms, certifying organizations, insurance carriers, laboratories, social media platforms, or other third-party services.

MedXpressionz LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices of independent third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their respective policies.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by law, the website, app, materials, and services are provided on an “as available” basis. MedXpressionz LLC does not guarantee that the website or app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

We do not guarantee that participation in a service or program will produce a particular personal, professional, medical, educational, financial, or business result.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, MedXpressionz LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website, app, programs, or services.

Continued use of the website, app, or services after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in Nevada unless another process is required by law.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, service-specific policies, registration forms, invoices, and written agreements constitute the agreement between you and MedXpressionz LLC regarding the applicable service.
